From time to time, and while I was browsing the web, it had occurred to me what a vast place of valuable information it really is. With the help of the Internet, you can find nowadays almost anything you want. From information on how to make a smoothie to how to build a car with a 3d printer.
This has both positive and negative effects. On the positive side is that YOU CAN REALLY find anything you like, but unfortunately the amount of data is so vast that if someone isn’t doing a nice due diligence he might end up with a ton of crappy information.
Especially when it comes to health, we should be extra cautious about who we trust and who we don’t.
So, after a couple of weeks of extensive research and hard work, I proudly present you the:
Top Nutrition Blogs of 2016
In this list you’ll be able to find vital information about your favorite blogs, like:
- a compact, yet essential description of what this blog is about
- their top 3 posts of all time (according to social media)
- who the blog owner is
- their main contact page
- all of their social media pages (when available)
Okay then, whenever you’re ready…

Veg Web
Why I Like it
Just some time ago, during the year 1996, a food-loving, web experienced, super-smart vegetarian saw a need for an internet vegan community. Her main desire was to share meat-free recipes with similar cooks all over the world. However, she also wanted to connect with others to talk about this strong lifestyle. So she made this website, and since then it only grew larger, until it became the number one vegetarian website online over a decade later. Yvette Ehler is the name of that determined lady, and you all have to thank her for thousands of yummy vegan recipes offered here today.
Now, VegWeb has millions of visitors every year, which, we have to admit – is a huge number.

Why I Like it
This site was launched by Sara Ding because of her passion for healthy living, after she was going through a rough patch with her health.
In the past, her health was failing so badly because of poor nutrition. And all that because of her poor choices of food that limited her body in obtaining the required nutrients essential for her to feel healthy.
But after she did a research about her condition she started to seek for a solution. She has discovered that she is suffering from a condition called toxemia, a poisoning of the blood from bad nutrition. Then Sara began to read about nutrition online and bought many books on nutrition. After she discovered the good points of healthy eating, she launched her blog where she decided to share her experience with the rest of the world.
Now on her blog you can find articles about the basics of good nutrition, posts about healing fruits and vegetables, but she also puts some focus on juicing with some great articles and recipes about that. Also, there is a section about juicing for kids, so if you have some kids you can check this blog and offer your kids some healthy and yummy cocktails.
