Cashew Basil Cheese
● 1 cup raw cashews
1. Place the cashews in a bowl of water, cover, and soak overnight in the refrigerator.
2. When the cashews are ready, drain and place all ingredients into a food processor and process until smooth, stopping to scrape sides of the processor as necessary.
3. Taste and adjust seasonings, if necessary.
